Two Lovers in the Woods

Mother Nature sends her love
As gossamer winged creatures take to flight
As two lovers enter her woods
For some afternoon delight

They’re here with a shared purpose
To enjoy and to explore
A perfect day for deep contemplation
In a perfect setting for maybe more

Mother Nature is now smiling
As true love is all around
On this day of fondest memories
Which forever will be profound
