Return policy

Because all prints are made to order, rather than shipped from inventory, all sales are final. No refunds are offered except in cases of prints damaged during shipment. In this case a replacement of that print will be shipped upon Jake's Studio receipt of the damaged, non-altered print at no charge to the customer.  As some of the original art pieces are older than others and due to them being stored in warehouses which are not in our complete control, occasionally an original cannot be aptly reproduced due to fading, damage or technical reasons. If  a customer's order cannot be processed due to these situations and cannot pass the quality assurance of the artist himself, a full refund will be sent to the customer or the customer may order another piece of equal price.
