Teddy Bear

With her teddy bear on her lap
And her toys spread all around
She’ll sit and play for hours
While hardly making a sound

As she disappears into her kingdom
Imagination opened so wide
In this place of special comfort
It’s in here that she can hide

With a higher power in her corner
To help guide her through the dark
She enters her inner sanctum
As she continues to embark

On a new life, a new beginning
Everything’s going to be OK
As another winner emerges
To embrace her brand-new day
