Imperfections on a Near Perfect Day

This day's nearly perfect I thought with a grin
A great feeling in time to think deep within
So I searched through my studio and lo and behold
I found pieces of muse thoughts metaphorical gold
With scissors and paint, glue, rubber and wood
I assembled my art story as well as I could
And although far from perfection I still felt it okay
As my art came together on that near perfect day
The moral in this rhyme this tidbit from me
Is there's beauty all around if we just care to see
