Broken Arrow

The arrow broke while puncturing her heart
So for now she can't tell backward from forward apart
Her trust was stolen leaving a soul ripping strain 
Now she's left all alone to deal with the pain

She stands in the middle of a strange unknown place
Where hallucinatory visions invade her inner space 
But brightness is still out there if you search all around
And bask in the warmth from the glow that you found

Perhaps in time but for now just try to cope
Planets can realign so never give up your hope
